The genral objective - to maintain favorable conditions for the development and support of arts & culture in the country - is realised through the following activioty areas:

• support to experimental an alternative non-commercial artistic forms
• active dialogue with cultural heritage
• cultural policy and management
• international cultural links

The above goals are approached by means of:

• advocacy and public debate on cultural issues
• spread of information and trasfer of good practices
• pilot projects bearing some innovative content or management model
• strengthening of institutional capacity of the initiative groups and associations
