Scholarship Program

The scholarship program falls under the BEIC and aims to promote the Soros scholarships and programs throughout Azerbaijan. The scholarships provide opportunities for students to go on exchange and for students in the regions and Baku to attend university who would otherwise be unable to.
The BEIC provided scholarships for students to attend the following institutions, seminars, programs, etc., in 1997-1999:
